Last week I introduced you to a young podenca bitch rescued from starvation on the streets of Malaga. This was her story.
The picture you see now is of Canela today, what a difference love, care, regular food can make – in just one week. And isn’t she absolutely stunning. Here’s what Charl says about her now.
‘Canela is a podenca of a fawn type interesting colour and white, slightly rough coated. She has a tiny little face and huge ears! Rescued 2 weeks ago, she came with very very dry skin but now this is much better. She is negative in Filaria, Erlichia, Leishmania. Vaccinated, and will be sterilised, approx.4 years.
Her character is timid still but very very sweet. Walks well on the lead and trots by your side. She would bring joy to any adopter!’
Please, someone must have room in their heart and on their hearthrug for this fabulous podenca. Contact Charl at 112carlotagalgos – donate by Paypal comdelrio@hotmail.com if you can help with her vet fees and feed.
Canela es una podenca con un color interesante como beige/marron, y blanco. Con el pelo grueso, tiene una carita chicquitita con orejas muy grandes. Venia con su piel super seco pero esta mejorando.
Negativo : Filaria, erlichia Leishmania.
Vaccunado, y seria esterilizada.
Anda super bien con la correa, se hace el trote a tu lado es timida todavia, pero super buena. Ella te da una alegria!
