The title could also be: cruelty goes on and on and on…From Cadiz Scooby took this Podenco. He had just been found with the rope still round his neck. It is a miracle how he did survive with this deep wound at all but he did. He has been treated by the vet, and he is already living in Fermin´s pack with a big bandage around his
neck. He’s been named Noel.
He has been promised a home where he will find love and protection forever. Could it be with you??

Oh my God, his neck looks almost severed. There is such scum walking this earth, it makes me so angry. Poor Noel, so glad he has been saved.
