These podenco puppies are in the Zoosanitaria perrera in Seville province and at great risk of parvo! Pili is appealing for donations to rescue them and get them into foster. Here’s what she says.

‘The only adopted was the white boy.. For nearly a month in the kennel.. My partner and I are doing everything possible to save their lives looking for foster until October to get them to Alicante. Also, we are trying to raise for transport.. For Vets and for kennel fees, if necessary. It is very urgent that come out already.. otherwise they may all fall sick and die.

Update – The eight podencos are still in that terrible pound. They are at high risk because they have been there for more than a month now, and might “disappear” at any moment. Also they are extremely exposed to illness. Two other puppies from that pound have just died because of parvovirus…There is an opportunity for them to be fostered for the month before travelling to Alicante, but we need donations for their chips, vaccines, passports ( It will cost aprox. 40 euros per dog and there are eight of them!), food, transports…So far we only have 50 euros.

Let us fight so that they may have a decent life… Let’s not let them die there from sickness.
