Tell everyone what life is REALLY like on the Canary Islands – all of them, even the smallest island – for podencos. Please don’t turn away, your sorrow is nothing compared to the suffering of these hounds. If you want to help, get in touch with any of the associations on this list – they need all the help they can get.

it will always be the same answer for the animals a living hell I have told every one I have spoken to over the last 5 years since I learnt of the plight of the galgo and podenco I always donate what I can when I can to different rescues
