Chained and unwanted – a young podenca

Poor lttle podenca chained up on concrete because her cruel owner doesn’t want her. My friend Carmina de Rea (who helped me with the transport of my galgo Polar from Pepis shelter in Pedrera to get him to me in France) rescued her and she is now in a residencia, I have asked if she has a fundraiser to pay the costs,
