Rachael Lepage of Leash for Life in Trowbridge, UK, has successfully homed many of the dogs which have been in Pepis refuge, some for years. 6 more lovelies have left the refuge today en route for the UK and forever homes. Rachael has sent this appeal, please donate to help her with kennel fees until the dogs are adopted.
‘We have 6 dogs now coming from Pepi’s Refuge which will need homing where the owners Jane and Alan Brian have retired and the refuge is closing. Some of these dogs have been there many years. The dogs will arrive by the weekend. At the time we had many offers of help. It’s now D day and as I don’t have a single foster offer on any of them, I’m really left with finding enough sponsors to cover a few days kennel fees for each of them when they arrive. Each dog will be £11.50 per day and they have to by law stay there 48 hours. Is there anyone that’s willing to chip in? All pledges can be paid direct to the kennels or our PayPal is leashoflife750@gmail.com
Please help Rachael by donating/sponsoring one or more of the dogs. Even better, contact Rachael if you would like to adopt one of them. The dogs who left today are Bill & Ben, podenco X brothers, Sienna, Podenca Honey, Stitch and Zac.

That’s great news for the dogs! I will pay one day’s kennel fees for the six dogs, which I think is about £70. I will put it through now and hopefully others will be kind enough to donate something too. Those dogs have been at Pepis for years and it’s great they are getting a chance. Lots of love to Rachael from Leash of Life for doing this and giving these dogs a chance.
Thank you, Kathryn, Rachael will be very grateful. that’s really kind of you.
