Hernia  250 08 2011 The first podenca I fostered had been taken to the Jaen perrera by her hunter because she had a hernia the size of a tennis ball. She was rescued and operated on and rehomed in France. Her hernia was nothing like the size of this one.

As you can see, the little podenca is petrified. She was kept in a hut, but luckily rescued and is now with a vet for urgent operation. She will have to go into a residencia afterwards unless a fostger/convalescence home comes forward. And her operation will need paying for.
