Introducing Alma…Rosemary Macdonald tells her story.

Alma 6 year old female podenco. Alma is now safe in kennels being sponsored by Pam McLeod thank you Pam.
Alma has a sad story. I don’t know how these brave loving animals can be so forgiving of the human race. Alma was given by a hunter to another hunter to breed I would imagine, Anyway she was with pup but the puppies were found to be dead inside her so the hunter brought her to the vet to be put to sleep. Fortunately the vets refused and they agreed to sign her over to them.

The vets could no longer keep her so we have got her sponsorship for kennels. This poor girl, no one wants her. Please help me to find her a home, not just any home. She needs a home where she will be loved, where she will have time to adjust and settle in, she will be nervous at first. Ideally a home in the caountrysideas she is not used to being in built up areas. Please everyone share this girl she needs your help.
