A happy ending story from Bev Farmer of Podenco Friends.

Lua…. her story began back in 2013, a feral podenca and her family surviving on the streets in Seville. She had already had 2 litters of pups. When she first arrived with us she was a very angry dog, ‘don’t invade my personal space, people are the enemy’. It’s taken a long time but today she is very much part of the family living in the house. Jasira helped so much with this change of attitude a very special friendship and Lua felt the loss just as much as us. This year Lua had surgery on her hip, she is no longer in pain, meds were helping and she has made a good recovery.
