This little chap is Hippi, a Portuguese Podengo on death row in Olivenza Perrera. He really needs to be rescued and found a home. This type of Podengo is not as common as the Ibizan and Andaluz, so it would be good to get him.
Hippi is about 1 – 1.5 yrs old, stuck in the over full kill pound at Olivenza – I have his release fee 30€ donated already, but no where to take him to for foster/adoption…he gets along well with the other dogs he has had contact with at the pound and is a friendly dog, if somewhat scared in current circumstance – have to get him out in the next 10 days…the pound is over flowing 🙁

sod ing disgusting poor soul ffs I do hope someone can take him another vile place for all the poor souls in there I am so pissed off with reading the down side for these poor souls its never going to stop because of the selfish arse holes over breeding for their own uses ignorant is not the word for some humane beings I hope so so much that this poor boy makes it I hope his saviour shines through for him but the poor souls stuck in that devil place don’t stand a sodding chance bless them all galgos podencos and mixed breeds aswell as certain other breeds why cant some one just open the gates for them and set them free I know a lot would not have a nice fate but at least they would have been free before hand a little luxury to them my heart always breaking for each and every one of them always thinking of you all
Keep your fingers crossed everything will work out, as I have someone enquiring about him and have put them in touch with the volunteers.
