The small Podenco Andaluz is bred and used for hunting in Mexico, where they are known as Podenco Arcabuceros. Here’s a short video of them hunting, mostly quail and rabbits. Also a link to the website of a Podenquero who breeds them, some of which he exports to Andalucia, Spain! As if there aren’t enough podencos there – overbred and abandoned!
