I DONT UNDERSTAND THE CRUELTY TO ANIMALS IN THIS WORLD ITS A DISGRACE TO THE CREATOR OF LIFE ! ALL GOVERNMENTS SHOULD HAVE LAWS TO PROTECT ANIMALS FROM ALL CRUELTY, ITS THEIR DUTY !!
