Hope for Podencos was started several years ago by Irene and SteveAllan. Sadly Irene died in 2020 and Steve is no longer able to continue with the rescues and is returning to the UK. Galgos del Sol are amongst the podenco rescue associations working to take over the podencos still in his care.
