An appeal for a special forever home for this young podenco who desperately now needs a patient loving forever home to continue his education that there are kind people in this world who can bring out what is probably a very loving character.

We don’t know what this little one will have lived through or suffered before reaching us but what we do know living with him daily is that he is very elusive, distant, without wanting to have human contact… Just wants to be invisible, put his head underground and disappear. But we will not let him live like this, we will not allow him to miss the opportunity to enjoy a family life with the warmth of a home, we will fight to realize that the future could look wonderful tomorrow if you let us show you.

We have worked with him at different times with the help of volunteers and students of the CVET (Canine Professional Training School), and the progress has been very good. We have managed to walk him perfectly with a lead and he will accept a gentle touch and caress without fear. But as soon as they spend a few days without continuing to work with him to consolidate, Sparky goes back fast and re-retires to his booth, again without wanting anything of the human being.

Sparky needs a home, needs contact daily with his “human half”, only that way you can get him to change his way of seeing life and that of the final step to live it 100 % of the hand of his Guide.
