This little cutie is Podengo x Arwen, who arrived at the shelter with her 3 puppies. She’s only 18 months old, shy but will blossom in a loving home. Please contact Dogs of Portugal if you have room in your home and heart for her.

Poppet Name: Poppet, a x podengo, d-o-b: October 2016, small (6.5kg, 30cm), dewormed, vaccinated

Poppet was found on the street with her babies and taken to a local shelter but soon brought to us as we needed a mum… We had orphan puppies found in a garbage bin and Poppet generously fed her them together with her own puppies. She is still feeding but when she finishes she will also be looking for a home.

Poppet is the sweetest thingy you can imagine, she is lovely with people and social with other dogs.
