You may remember that Ellen Stevens was in training to compete in a Duathlon on 21st March’ Sadly she fell and injured ribs and so her entry has been transferred to a Triathlon on 19th April. BUT as Ellen won’t be fit enough in time to run, cycle and swim, we now have TEAM PODENCOS sponsored by GET YOU ON LINE. So Ellen is running, Andy is cycling and Ray is swimming – GO TEAM PODENCOS!
