Here is the story of the capture of a little podenca on the streets of Malaga this week. Charl del Rio of 112carlotagalgos tells the story.

    ‘Twas the night before last and as the sun went down, it was the beginning of a new time for Canela, a pure podenca with ears so piercingly stunning and orange eyes,.. who would look at you but fear you.

  • Malaga podenca – abandoned, babies stolen – please help with vet fees

    Angela van 250 25 07 herewith the story of this little podenca, now safe with 112carlottagalgosa. Chael tells the story.

    ‘Yesterday while at the vets, we were about to leave when approached by a lady Susannah and her husband. For they had rescued an abandoned podenca, victim yet again of which owner or powers that be take responsibility. The norm in Spain, a daily occurrance and the hunting season again, getting closer. Each year I cannot believe it’s one year more with such destruction!
