1st May is the Day of the Podenco to publicise the plight of these wonderful dogs who suffer so much cruelty at the hands of the galgueros and podenqueros.

Today 28th April Podencos in Need Scotland are marching in Edinburgh.

PINS have organised a march this Sunday, 28th April, for the Million Paws March for Justice movement. We will start at Scott Monument at the east end of Princes St Gardens, Edinburgh, at 2pm, walking through the gardens and up to the Spanish Consulate where a petition will be posted (not that they will take any notice!)

For all adopters of these wonderful hounds, you are very welcome to join us. Please make sure your dog is on lead at all times and will cope with potentially a lot of people and other dogs. ope to see you there.
