The Spanish government wants to exclude hunting dogs from the new animal protection laws.
Please speak out for the abused hunting dogs of Spain. They are the very same dogs as pet dogs! The same sentient beings who deserve to be cared for and who have rights to a good life. They need to be protected by the same laws.

We continue to mobilize against the PSOE amendment that claims that the State Animal Protection Law only protects companion dogs and excludes hunting dogs, just the most mistreated! It will also affect assistance, police, herding dogs or those who carry out any professional activity.
We ask for consistency, sanity and common sense: we cannot allow any dog to be left without the protection of the law and for abuse to go unpunished.
