Bit behind with posts as strong winds took out our telephone line and France Telecom are useless to get them to come out and repair!

I have asked the contact if the dogs have been rescued and he tells me ‘the authorities think there’s no problem with these dogs…these dogs are ( the Spanish believe) are in good shape:: it’s clean, they don’t have wounds, and they are fed… BUT … hell nooooo !!!!’
