They do not control responsible animal ownership, do not control chips, census, or conditions in which the animals are held. They moreover do not control legal or illegal breeding, do not promote or request sterilisation, do not combat dogfighting business and furthermore do not promote CES for colonies of cats… THEY DON’T CARE FOR ANIMALS.
