I have been contacted by a reader with the following offer.
Rural France – a 2-bed property with outbuildings and land totally enclosed by 2m high fence, water and electricity. It is available to someone or a couple for fostering rescued hounds for adoption. Maximum total of dogs allowed by French law is 9 at any one time. The owner lives next door with their own 9 dogs and the property is offered rent free to a suitable applicant.
