Homer is 6 years old and he has spent his whole life on a chain by his hunter owner. As if that wasn’t enough the black hearted fiend beat Homer badly every day, can’t bare to think how bad that was. Homer is now in a residencia with the other dogs. He’s been there nearly a month, the kind angel who has been paying the kennel fees cannot afford to do it continually and he needs a foster home or a forever home urgently now.

Homer is a beautiful soul but when humans approach him he shakes violently with fear from the abuse the hunter gave him. This is so sad, he is going to need patience and an overdose of TLC to get him through what’s happened to him.
