Live near Alcaucin? This is Lucky, who had been missing since June 26th; he simply did not come home from his daily morning walk in the campo of Alcaucin. His owner fears he has been stolen. Note he has one white paw (circled in red).

I pray he is found safe and well. It’s not easy having a missing pet. 4 years ago my Swedish Valhund (like a corgi with a husky coat) disappeared from our courtyard. As soon as I went to the gendarmerie with my poster, they immediately said ‘Vole’! Stolen. I still have appeals for her on a couple of French animal lost/found websites, I live in hope. Where I live in France is near Niort, which used to be the capital of the chamois leather glove making industry; the old warehouse still survive. About 3 years ago, one warehouse was raided and inside were thousands of animal pelts – dog, cat, rabbit. Fur used to trim clothes in France!
I also have a friend who is an animal communicator. You may or may not believe it is possible to ‘talk’ to animals, but I assure you this lady has had a conversation with one of my galgos and there is NO way she knew beforehand what he told her! She has ‘spoken’ to Pepsi, who says she is living with a lady and is quite happy, except she doesn’t like walking on the lead (she never did!). It’s still no comfort to me; my little pet is still not living with me.

No, he was out walking with his owner, off leash for a little while and didn’t come back. Just hope he didn’t get caught in a snare. At this time of year, stolen is a definite possibility.
