Canine babeosis – American dog tick carrier loose in Harlow, Essex!
Not impressed to see on BBC TV Look East last night that a green space in Harlow, Essex, UK, has been cordoned off because the American dog tick has been found there, which carries canine babeosis, and that the local council will not spray/treat the land for health & safety/environmental reasons!
