‘We have some wonderful news, our dear little Rubi is no longer lost. This might sound more like a Disney fiction Movie but it is a true story!
Rubi was lost in Alcalalí, she has been on an epic journey the last 2 weeks across the mountain a distance of 40kms and returned to the place in Beniaia where she lived as a free spirit being, fed by a group of villagers for 4 years who loved and have missed her.
Despite our best intentions Rubi has chosen the place that is forever home to her and this is where Rubi will stay. Thankfully we had her vaccinated and sterilised and everyone in Beniaia are celebrating she has returned and we are thankful she is safe.
Rubi you are an amazing little dog and we are all pleased we met you. You have taught us not to underestimate the amazing creatures dogs are, thank you for giving us the happy ending we dream of.’
