Information from a reader who lives in Switzerland, about the regulations for owning and keeping a dog.

In Switzerland: Dog owners have to pay a yearly fee for each dog, depending on weight. In addition he must attend a dog school to learn handle his dog, and do that with each dog he owns. This is all registered at the City hall (ayuntamiento).

This could be a way towards a solution everywhere in the future.
