Podenco Iggy in Granada – urgently needs a foster/adopting home before end January
I’ve received this urgent plea today. ‘My partner and I need URGENT HELP since we’ve been fostering two dogs, 1 of them a 12 months Andalusian Podenco, whilst trying to find a permanent home for them.
Our urgent situation is we have to leave Spain for personal reasons and we are moving at the beginning of February from a house we rent and cannot take the dogs with us to the UK or continue to foster them much longer, because we will be staying as guests in houses and our near future is quite uncertain.

Granada to Fuerteventura – URGENT help to take Braille to his forever home
This little podenco has been through horrendous suffering. Braille, run ower and left to die on the road. He lost both his eyes, sadly the vet could not save them, but he is happy and healthy in his foster home. But he really needs a forever home, and one has been found for him. BUT the problem is – Braille is in Granada and his adopting home is Fuerteventura.

Saving lives in Granada, more unwanted innocents
Sociedad Protectora de Animales y Plantas Granada is another refuge which struggles to cope with the abandoned dogs, cats and puppies in this huge metropolis and surrounding area. They too have podencos needing homes, please take a look at their website.
They are also able to take dogs and cats whilst people go on holiday or into hospital, details on the English website link.
